THE STORY:

"Troubles they may come and go, but the food time are gold"
                                                                                        Dave Matthews

Adrian is a proud dad of two girs (7 and 9) and husband of a hottie!  He was born in Venezuela and speaks three languages:  English, Spanish & Italian.  He attended St. Paul's, Birmingham Southern and went to med school in the Caribbean.  He is quadruple board certified in pulmonary, critical care, sleep and internal medicine.

His hobbies include playing the guitar, painting, wood-working, doing ironmans and martial arts.  He holds a black belt in karate and taekwondo.  Oh yay, he is a pretty good cook too!

He has two favorite shoes:  ASICS running shoes and Cole Hans for dress up days.

His motto is:  "You're responsible for yourself.  So take care of yourself. No one else can."

Adrian's Shoe Guy Story:  "I got roped into this by Sheree Lacoste!  But, I did Camp Rap-A-Hope years ago and now as a lung cancer specialist, I know how cancer impacts people and their families.  Also, it affords me the opportunity to be a part of a great cause...kids with cancer.  As a physician and member of the community with a certain skill set, attributes and accomplishments...I'd like to do what I can for those in need.  Being a Shoe Guy is a fun way to do this for a great cause!

Through his diligence to my care and within only a few months of being my doctor, he found and helped treat what every other pulmonary doctor missed. Over 15 years on various antibiotics, I was finally free thanks to Dr. Divittorio! For that I will be forever grateful and am happy to donate in his honor. 3 years ago
