BENEFITING: CERES COMMUNITY PROJECT
Your donation will help us outfit our newest kitchen, in Santa Rosa, where youth will gain skills as they cook 40,000 meals a year for low-income families facing a serious illness like cancer.
In February 2016, Ceres will bring our powerful youth development program to Social Advocates for Youth’s new Dream Center campus in Santa Rosa. Ceres Community Project provides culinary training and nutrition education to teens who in turn, cook healthy, nourishing meals for community members facing a serious illness like cancer.

Ceres is teaming up with Social Advocates for Youth, a leader in Sonoma County that provides emergency and transition housing, counseling and job training for the youth who need us most. These are young people who – for a variety of reasons – haven’t had the care or support they need or deserve.
