Team Work is the official TCS New York City Marathon charity team for Dress for Success Worldwide and we are empowering women in the workforce. Together.

Dress for Success is an international not-for-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Since starting operations in 1997, Dress for Success has expanded to almost 150 cities in 20 countries. To date, Dress for Success has helped more than 925,000 women work towards self-sufficiency.

By choosing to run the TCS New York City Marathon on behalf of Dress for Success, you recognize the impact that a working woman can have on the world and you show your commitment to elevating women in the workplace, which in turn allows her to create a better future for herself, develop a more stable family and become a more integral and active part of her community.

The fundraising minimum to be a member of this team is $3,000. With the help of Team Work, Dress for Success will be able to better serve the more than 70,000 women that walk through our doors each year throughout the world.
