BENEFITING: DREW MICHAEL TAYLOR FOUNDATION
EVENT: Spartan Charity Challenge
EVENT DATE: Sep 21, 2014
Jeff Kaminski, Scott Seymore, Adam Yagel and another team member (to be named soon) are taking part in the Spartan Race as members of DREW'S CREW. They are raising funds for the Drew's Hope grief and loss support program which helps grieving children, teens and families who are grieving the death of a loved one. The Drew's Hope program is an initiative of the Drew Michael Taylor Foundation of Shippensburg, PA. It was founded by Randy and Marcie Taylor in memory of their three-year-old son, Drew, who died in an auto accident on June 13, 2006. You can find out more about the foundation on their Drew Michael Taylor Foundation Facebook page or their website (currently constructing a new site) - www.drewmichaeltaylor.org.
While the Drew's Hope program is free to participants, it costs the DMTF approximately $500 to pay for one family to attend the seven session program. The Drew's Crew Spartan Team has set a goal of $1,500. Can you help them reach their goal?
