An expert in health and fitness, Debbie earned her bachelors in sports medicine and a masters in exercise science (which no doubt helped the healing process from recent ACL reconstruction).
Certified by the American College of Sport’s Medicine, she takes great pride in the fact that part of the personal fitness business she’s created works with the intrepid officers of the NYPD. Officers she trains to use their body as a weapon for when they go undercover during investigations for example.
On top of having the privilege of working with New York’s finest, Debbie gives of herself by supporting breast cancer charities as well as Gleason’s Give A Kid A Dream. She’s truly been inspired by Bruce and all the folks at Gleason’s to do more to help others whenever possible.
She additionally feels blessed that she’s able to call the legendary Hector Roca not just her trainer but her friend.
Her motto really exemplifies her generous and confident approach to life; “If it’s meant to be then it’s up to me” and Debbie has worked hard to make it all happen; from her flourishing career, to her wonderful family (her husband Alan is also training for this event!) to being able to dedicate a part of her life to charitable works. Debbie’s dedication to people will never stop
