Chattanooga Friends, in partnership with the Young Professionals Association of Chattanooga is presenting Dunked for its fourth consecutive year to benefit several area non-profits. The event will be held on September 13 at Miller Plaza from 11:15 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Dunked involves recruiting well known Chattanoogans to take the plunge for a good cause.
The event draws a great lunch crowd and has involved some of Chattanooga’s well known leaders. Past Dunkees include Mike St. Charles of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C., Ron Harr, President and CEO of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, Councilman Manny Rico, and many more.
In 2012, the event raised over $19,000 and the Maclellan Foundation awarded matching funds to the Children's Home/Chambliss Shelter. This year Chattanooga Friends is setting the bar higher with a goal of raising $25,000 and we need your help! For this event to continue its track record for success, Chattanooga Friends needs the support of business and community leaders.
