Dear Family and Friends,
On May 21st, I will be participating in the 2nd Annual Listening Walk at the Philadelphia Zoo. 100% of the money raised supports The Clarke School for Hearing and Speech. Clarke's mission is to teach children who are deaf or hard of hearing how to listen and talk. For nearly 150 years, Clarke has been the nation's preeminent oral school for deaf individuals and a leader in providing Listening and Spoken language therapy and education to children with hearing loss.
I am very proud to be on the Walk Committee and to support this important event. Clarke is an invaluable resource for my family. Clarke has worked with both of my boys since they were infants. Clarke's focus on auditory/oral education sets a strong foundation for Dylan and Graham -- because of the support they receive from Clarke, they can do anything their hearing peers can do.
I hope that you will consider joining "Team DylPickle and Graham Cracker" -- We would love for you to join us at the Listening Walk. It is going to be a very special day.
