BENEFITING: Somaly Mam Foundation
What is trafficking?
Trafficking is defined as the movement of men, women and children from one place to another through force, coercion or deception into situations of their economic and sexual exploitation. There are between 600,000 and 800,000 victims being trafficked internationally each year. Traffickers can be parents, friends, relatives or neighbors, and 70% of victims were first involved in trafficking as children.
These girls need your help. By donating to the Somaly Mam Foundation, founded by Somaly Mam (a former victim of trafficking and the author of Road of Lost Innocence), you will help in the rescue, survival, and rehabilitaiton of these girls.
Each contribution counts, each dollar, each penny.
Please help us in our fight against trafficking with each and every day.
