Organized by: Jason Roycraft
I am a boy scout in Troop 150 in Roseville, Minnesota and am currently working on my Eagle project.
The project is to build a bird blind for Warner Nature Center. Warner Nature Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization affiliated with The Science Museum of Minnesota. Warner Nature Center is located in Marine on St. Croix, Minnesota.
The blind will serve as an active learning tool for school aged kids so that they can learn about birds and bird migration in the area. Warner currently has a temporary blind that they built last year out of PVC pipe and it served 1500 school aged kids from the area. My Eagle project will be to construct a permanent structure that will last for many years to come.
The donations will go to Warner Nature Center and will help pay for the matierals to build the blind.
