My name is Mark and I have raised nearly $2000 for my Boy Scout Eagle project. I am really close to my goal of $3000. That is where I need your help!
My Eagle project will be to build new interactive play areas for the cats that live at the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League. This will include a 6' x 5' climbing wall as well as several PVC cat trees to go into the open cat room area.
Currently the cat trees that are there are made out of wood and carpet, which harbor germs. So if one cat gets sick, those germs spread easily to all the other cats and the current cat trees are thrown out. By constructing the cat trees out of PVC and mesh nets, they can be easily cleaned and therefore eliminate the spread of germs to other cats and will be able to last. There will be no more wasting money on cat trees that eventually have to be thrown away. The interactive climbing wall will be a place where the cats can hang out. All of my project items should last a very long time.
Any donation amount will be most appreciated and will be put to good use. Thank you for your time, consideration, and assistance. I also encourage you to come out and see for yourself the finished project when it is completed.
