No, I'm not running a Marathon- just a 5K. And by October, I can assume I will be walking it! But I'm so excited to participate in this race and fundraiser (in my new city!) for a very special cause, the EB Research Partnership.
EBRP is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to funding research aimed at treating and ultimately curing EB, a group of devastating and life-threatening genetic skin disorders that affect children from birth.
My friend Jamie Silver and her husband Alex have been fighting hard for this cause each day since their son Jackson was born with EB.
I'm excited and honored to be a part of the EBRP team at the Twin Cities Marathon weekend. I hope you'll support me as I raise money to help EBRP fund research projects for a treatments and a cure, both of which are within reach according to leading researchers.

Thanks for your support!
