The Vaccinate a Village project is an American Red Cross fundraising activity for the Measles & Rubella Initiative.
The Measles & Rubella Initiative is a global partnership committed to ensuring that no more children die from measles or is born with congenital rubella syndrome. Through the Vaccinate a Village project, the ECG Red Cross Club will raise awareness about the preventable measles deaths and rubella condition around the world and to raise funds for the Initiative, so that measles and rubbella vaccinations can be delivered to affected countries.
With a $1 donation, one child can be vaccinated.
With a $5 donation, one family can be vaccinated.
With a $10 donation, one classroom can be vaccinated.
With a total of $500 donations, we will be able to vaccinate an entire village!
