Palestinian Children should have access to a full, enriched, educational experience.  This scholarship fund will help pay tuition for the children. It will pay for special education teachers to offer full time tutoring everyday of the week for the entire school year for many children.  It will help pay tuition for those children whose parents can't afford tuition.
