Eleanor Roosevelt Girls' Leadership Worldwide Tuition
Organized by: Mike McCall
My name is Sarah McCall and I am very excited about the opportunity and privilege of attending the Eleanor Roosevelt Girls' Leadership Worldwide Program this summer (July 25th - August 2nd). The program is somewhat expensive however, and I am trying to raise my own tuition of $2,500 through crowdfunding, applying for scholarships and a few small jobs. Any amount you can contribute would be greatly appreciated.
Over the past three years I have been volunteering at the Dutchess Outreach’s after-school program. This program provides free after-school care for K-5 students from the City of Poughkeepsie school system. When I started, there were 25 students in the program. Now there are over 50 students. I will continue to assist my community on a local level but it is my hope that I can help on a larger scale after attending the Girls' Worldwide Leadership Program.
In order to give you some information on this program, the following was taken directly from the program's website: http://www.ervk.org/html/glw
