The Elixir Fund is honored to be an official charity partner of the 2016 TCS New York City Marathon.
We are a national nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the comfort and care of cancer patients and their caregivers. Funds raised through our participation in the TCS New York City Marathon will be used to test and launch our latest project - the Elixir Fund Registry.
Similar to a bridal or gift registry, this is an online portal where businesses can sell gift certificates for products and services that support those who are impacted by long term care needs. Services such as meals, transportation, housekeeping, massage, family outings, and more. Registrants choose from available services to create a wish list of their needs and friends, family, or the community fulfill those which list by purchasing items. A gift certificate, redeemable with the particpiating business, is sent to the registrant via email. The perfect answer to "How can I help?"
