Elizabeth's Medical Fund
Organized by: Arthur Ramirez
Elizabeth Ballesteros, now 39, was in a horrible car accident back on August 28, 2007 in Delano, CA. She was travelling with two friends on the road when they were hit by a drunk driver. The car flipped several times, the two friends were killed, and Elizabeth suffered major injuries. She was taken to the hospital in critical condition, where she remained in a coma for some time. She was left in a wheel chair and has suffered a stroke since, partially paralyzing a side of her face, arm, and leg. She also has a speech impairment. She has been at Browning Manor Convalescent Hospital in Delano, CA ever since, which is now over eight years. Eight years! Elizabeth needs intense physical and speech therapy for her recovery, has medical bills, and has other medical needs.
Elizabeth has two daughters, Crystal, now 16, and Giselle, now 14, who live with their aunt. Her daughters were only 7 and 5 years old when she suffered the accident. Elizabeth feels depressed after all these years in the convalescent hospital, since she has not been able to provide basic living expenses for her daughters in all these years, including clothing, school supplies, food, etc. It is even more depressing for Elizabeth around birthdays and holidays.
They desperately need our help. Let's get Elizabeth the therapy she needs so she can go home to her daughers. Please DONATE today & share this link with your friends and relatives on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Email, etc. Thank you for your support and God Bless you.
