Elvis is back at home hurray! So the diagnoses is a follows, the little guy had a tooth that had go bad and abscessed along with some of this See More

THE STORY:

Elvis is a five year old dwarf rabbit from Germany, my wife and I adopted him while I was stationed there as a U.S. Army soldier and he has been a energetic little ball of sunshine in our lives ever since and traveled all around the world with us. But now Elvis is sick, and we are struggling to muster the money to pay for the care he needs. Currently he is receiving care from the astounding professionals at the University of Georgia Veterinary hospital and it breaks my heart that we might not be able to get him the care or surgery he need just cause we dont have the money and our credit is quickly reaching its limit.

Elvis is such a tiny fellow but he carries such a huge burden in our household, Earlier this year I was medically discharged from the military after suffering injuries that no longer allow me to serve my country, my wife is a immigrant and wading through the expensive bureaucratic process of obtaining a green card and finding work so she can give back. Elvis jumps in the bed to wake us up when our alarms go off and sneak in a morning cuddle, he is always there to greet us the moment we come home making even the hardest days worth it, and when I can't sleep, because the pain from my injuries, the nightmares, or the urge to take a few pills to make it all go away for a few hours is almost too much to bear, Elvis comes and quietly sits with me helping me out of that hole and taking the weight of my worries fully upon his tiny shoulders with out so much as a complaint.

He's a really a little trooper that never gives up, and I'm not about to give up on him. Please find it in your heart to help us get this brave little bunny the care he needs so he can go back home, any amount helps and will be used solely for his medical expenses, with any excess being donated to the Georgia rabbit house society so these wonderful little animals can brighten someone else's day.
