Emory Bike-A-Thon 2015
Organized by: Julian Adler
Our vision is to bring an annual Greek life sponsored philanthropy event to Emory that is open to not only the Greek community, but to all Emory students. This event will benefit The B+ Foundation and their efforts in fighting against childhood cancer. The Bike-A-Thon will be an annual 6 Hour stationary bike marathon. Our main goal is to create a fun and engaging way to support a great cause by coming together as a united Greek and Emory community. In addition to all the great things Greek chapters and other campus life organizations do on their own; we would love to introduce a way to unite for a common cause.
What is B+?
The B+ Foundation seeks to make a difference in the lives of children and families afflicted by cancer. Through fundraisers such as Emory Bike-A-Thon, the B+ Foundation is able to offer both financial and emotional support to families of children suffering from cancer while also funding childhood cancer research.
Why we need your help
In order to bring our vision to life, we need to establish funding to cover our operating expenses throughout the process. With the help from generous donors, we hope to join the B+ Foundation in positively impacting those fighting childhood cancer. However, we can't move forward without the ability to cover these overhead expenses. We hope you will consider donating to our cause so we can help those who need it most.
