We believe that IMMEDIATE ACCESS for patients with brain and other cancers where there is no effective standard treatment protocol, clinical trials, studies and advanced treatments offer the best HOPE for survival. Yet, fewer than 10% of patients across all cancers enroll in clinical trials and therefore are effectively denied access to new and potentially life-extending and life-saving treatments. For researchers, this means that promising new treatments take a lot longer and are much more expensive to bring to market than they would be otherwise. We intend to accelerate this process by prequalifying patients for clinical trials, studies and advanced treatments, therefore accelerating research.
As Sean Swarner, a two-time cancer survivor heads to the North Pole, by skiing his way through the Arctic, he'll be carrying the names of those touched by cancer with him. For a minimum $5 donation per name, Sean will carry the name of your loved one who has survived cancer, is fighting cancer or who has fallen to cancer.
The funds raised on our page will be split 50:50 between the End Brain Cancer Initiative and Sean's CancerClimber Foundation.
The last day to add a name is March 15th! Donate today and together we'll provide HOPE to all those touched by cancer while furthering our mission to End Brain Cancer!
