Did you know that 1 out of 5 children in Utah County are food insecure? Did you know that 78,000 people in Utah County live at or below the Federal Poverty line? Food insecurity is not having enough nutritious food available at your home, or not knowing where your next meal will come from.
Cathe Cook Insurance and Tabitha’s Way Local Food Pantry want to put a stop to those astonishing numbers. Tabitha’s Food Pantry is a community location where families can go and get the food that they need. They are feeding the working class in the community, teachers, working professors, not just the homeless. Tabitha’s mission is to create “no hunger zones” and create awareness within the community to help distribute the ample resources that are available, but need to go to the right people. “At our agency, we want to make sure that no one in our community is food insecure.”
Join Cathe Cook Insurance as we raise awareness and funds for this marvelous organization that is on a mission to stop hunger in Utah County.
