BENEFITING: Marc Lustgarten Pancreatic Cancer Foundation
Every November, men around the world grow "mos" (i.e., mustaches) to raise money for prostate cancer. This November, in support of Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, the men of Boston Scientific Endoscopy and Urology Divisions are teaming together to develop their own "No Shave November" to benefit pancreatic cancer research. In 2013 alone, it's estimated that more than 280,000 individuals will be diagnosed with this deadly disease, and the men of BSC want to help change those statistics, one mo at a time.
Support this important cause by sponsoring someone's mo. All contributions are welcome and fundraising will continue throughout the month of November.
At the end of the month, the women of Endo will be asked to vote for the Best Overall Mo, Most Creative Mo, Most Likely to get asked for I.D., and Worst Overall Mo. Winners will get $250 donated in their name to the Lustgarten Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
We are looking forward to a month filled with a lot of laughs and fun and an opportunity to raise more money to help fight pancreatic cancer. If you have any questions, please reach out to Anthony Borrelli (email@example.com) or L.J. Del Ponte (firstname.lastname@example.org).
