Enrich the lives of others through music & performance arts.
Organized by: David Linton
We are raising money to help enrich the lives of the terminally ill, challenged children, individuals living with a disability and wounded veterans though music and performance art. The money raised by this fundraiser goes to help produce music and performance art events that advance the concepts of Love, Equality and Unity within society. A major portion of the proceeds generated by each event produced will be donated to various nonprofits that enrich the lives of the terminally ill, challenged children, individuals living with a disability and wounded veterans through music and the performance arts. The productions range from concerts, performance art events, charity events for various hospitals and music festivals. As the Production Manager and an individual who received a Through and Through Traumatic Brain Injury I can personally attest to the power of music and performance arts as healing powers. While I was in a coma my family was told that I would never walk, talk, read, write, feed myself or anything else ever again. After brain surgery and awakening from the coma driven by my passion for dance and love of music by the grace of God I was able not only able to relearn all of these things again and more but to excel in all areas of life. I have been blessed to be able to stagehand for some of the best artist in the music industry and assisted in the production of various large scale events. I have also produced several smaller events on my own and donated a portion of the money generated to various nonprofits. My next event is the Healing Vibes Music Festival. 60% of the proceeds generated by the Healing Vibes Music Festival will be donated to the nonprofit "Do It For The Love" foundation which provides live music performance wishes to the terminally ill, challenged children and wounded veterans. The remainder of the proceeds will go towards the production of future events including the second Healing Vibes Music Festival. By donating to my cause you will be giving a gift that keeps giving. You will be helping the survivor of a severe traumatic brain injury achieve his goal of producing music and performance art events that in turn generate money that will be donated to nonprofits that help others receive the healing gifts of music and performance art.
