THE STORY:

Can you imagine not having a home to return to after a long, hard day? Not having a safe place to sleep for you and your family? Or what about coming home from work, your heart racing with the fear that today will be the day that an eviction notice has been slipped under your door?

So many of us take our homes for granted, while for millions of families in the United States, being one paycheck away from losing their home and all the security and familiarity with it –schools, neighborhood, even where to buy milk– is a brutal reality.

That's where we come in. Enterprise is a national nonprofit that connects low-income families to opportunity—starting with an affordable place to call home.

Today, more than 20 million families in this country are facing housing insecurity - meaning they are either homeless or just one paycheck away from losing their homes.

We’ll keep working until each of these families has a quality and affordable home in a vibrant community. That’s our goal, and we cannot get there without your support.

Please consider making a contribution to Enterprise this year. For every dollar you contribute, we are able to leverage $60 of investment to provide individuals and families with a place to call home and a chance to succeed.
