BENEFITING: Epilepsy Foundation
EVENT DATE: Feb 15, 2014
This is the online version of the 2nd Annual Epilepsy Awareness Benefit in memory of Kensey Rose Bickel. Kensey passed away from Epilepsy on February 17, 2012 at the age of nineteen. She was an amazing young woman who had so much drive and passion. She was an amazing artist who attended the Columbus College of Art & Design in Ohio. Kensey was a great daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.
Last year was the 1st Annual Epilepsy Awareness Benefit in her honor. We raised over $4,000.00. It was an emotional event that hit close to home for so many who attended. We had a lot of help from Lucas Oil Center. The owners of Lucas Oil Center were very generous and allowed us to have a two day fundraiser at their car wash. We raised $3,000.00 just at the car wash! How awesome is that? We appreciate all of the help and support from our generous sponsors and donors!
LAST YEAR'S CORPORATE SPONSORS:
LUCAS OIL CENTER, EVANSVILLE HYUNDAI, KENNY KENT CHEVY, POPHAM CONSTRUCTION, BRINKER'S JEWELERS, GENERAL SIGNALS, INC, J.D. BYRIDER, and CAZINO AZTAR (NOW TROPICANA)
Thank you all so much!
I am proud to host the 2nd Annual. The purpose of this benefit is to spread awareness of Epilepsy and to raise money for the Epilepsy Foundation in Kensey's name to help save the lives of many others who are epileptic or who will one day become Epileptic. Help support this wonderful cause! A cure could start right here, right now.
If not now, when?
