ERCPCP works with very hard to serve populations that require an array of wraparound and supplemental services that are usually not covered by grant funds. Flexibility with spending better ensures that we can continue to provide much needed programs and services to underserved populations as well as keep participants engaged in healthy, non-destructive activities. Our experience has shown that individuals have greater success in their positive life transformation when they are not distracted by the unmet needs or emergencies in their everyday lives. For example, it can be very challenging for a young person that is enrolled in our workforce development program to concentrate on building their soft skills and becoming employable when concerned about the possibility of having no home to return to because mom can’t pay the rent this month. Likewise, it can be difficult to get a young person to commit to coming to school to receive tutoring services when he or she is worried about being teased for having no clean clothes to wear. Thus, in honor of our 10th Anniversary of Service, we have launched our 10 For 10 Fundraising Campaign. See below for details! Our goal is to raise $100,000 to use as a reserve fund. We hope that you will help us reach our goal!
