On November 6th, I'll be running the TCS NYC Marathon to raise money for The Resolution Project. The organization was created around a simple idea: many college students have the energy and creativity to develop inspiring solutions to pressing global challenges, yet they often lack the necessary financial resources and practical know-how to follow up on these ideas. Resolution fills this gap by providing crucial early-stage funding and professional mentorship to our fellows. As Director of the Entrepreneurship Curriculum, I've spent years working with these incredible people and seeing firsthand how much impact our program can have. I hope you will help me support these bright young entrepreneurs by donating to this cause.
I will be matching EVERY DOLLAR donated, because this cause is truly worth it. So please give whatever you can. Every dollar counts.
Any donation is greatly appreciated. But here are some fun donation amounts if you feel so inclined:
26.2 - Random number with no significance
36 - Double Chai (ask a Jewish friend)
60 - The number of countries in which Resolution Fellows are currently operating
136 - The incline (in ft) of the Verrazano Bridge, which I'll be climbing in the first mile of the marathon in my attempt to leave Staten Island as fast as possible
300 - The number of Resolution Fellows who are changing lives around the world
500 - Approximately how many miles I'll be running in training leading up to the race. Also, how many miles the Proclaimers would walk, before walking 500 more just to be the man who walked 1000 miles to fall down at your door
