Erica's Cancer Fund
Organized by: Danielle Lasker
September 13, 2016
Shortly after graduating this past May from the University of Georgia's College of Family and Consumer Science with a Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Science, Erica Lee was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma and has been quickly thrown into a flurry of treatments to fight it. This fundraiser will help provide money for Erica's chemotherapy treatments, pills and other medications, other treatments and surgeries, a wig, and other supplies and living expenses during the duration of her treatments.
Erica was a Resident Assistant at UGA for the past two years and the undergraduate keynote speaker at the 2016 Lavender Graduation. Erica was scheduled to begin graduate school this August, but due to her recent diagnosis she will begin grad school next August at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington to pursue her Master's of Education with a specialization in Higher Education studies.
