Eric is passionate about sports despite having Duchene Muscular Dystrophy and very limited mobility. Playing, watching, refereeing, and coaching sports keeps him active an engaged in the things he loves. 

Eric has a degree in PE Recreation and has been an assistant football coach at Bethel University for six years. Eric enjoys hanging out with friends and family many of whom enjoy organized road races. Although he has been in a wheelchair since he was eight years old, being a part of My Team Triumph allowed him to complete his first race last year. He is very much looking forward to his second race this summer.

 15’s 5k run on August 6th will be Eric’s 2nd race with My Team Triumph.
