ESPA*Drills: Connecting Bold Visions of Emerging Playwrights with the Theater Community
The Primary Stages ESPA*Drills program recognizes talented student playwrights by providing them the opportunity to develop their new plays with support from an award-winning Off-Broadway theater company. The program culminates in staged readings presented at 59E59 Theaters for a supportive audience of friends, family, and theater-lovers, as well as industry members in search of new talent.
The Einhorn School of Performing Arts (ESPA) is a vibrant community of playwrights, directors, and actors—students and professionals—teeming with creative energy, drive, and hunger to connect their work with audiences. The Drills were created to propel student playwrights forward in their careers by bringing their plays to the stage. The program is provided at no cost to its participants, and ESPA*Drills readings are free and open to all.

No donation is too small. Your support of emerging artists and their work is invaluable.
