BENEFITING: Esperanza International
THE STORY:
It’s my 25th birthday this weekend, and I already have everything I need. What I would like for my birthday, however, is to run a fundraiser for the non-profit about which I am most passionate: Esperanza International.
So, for all those looking to honor my birthday and support this cause, I have created the following donation levels, based on the fact that my birthday is on the 13th and I am turning 25:
Strong support: $13
Above and Beyond: $25
Off-the-charts: $25+
Many of you might already be familiar with Esperanza. For those of you who don’t know, the organization is a 5015(c)3 non-profit that has been working to “cultivate global citizenship through international service experiences in working toward a better world” for over 22 years in Tijuana, Mexico.
The money goes straight to Esperanza, and is tax-deductible. Half will be earmarked for our volunteer trip in August, and half will go to the Esperanza Alumni Association.
If you would like to go on a trip in August to Tijuana, just let me know and check out the following link:
