THE STORY:

Purpose: Highlight and focus Senai’s expanding work in Ethiopia Senai’s mission is connecting people with purpose. This trip will involve going to the most remote parts of Ethiopia on motorcycle’s to visit and highlight Senai’s projects, partnerships and highlight some this significant work carried out in Ethiopia. We also will be seeking out the indigenous tribes who rarely see outsiders doing groundwork for future trips. . Senai seeks to expand its reach through helping in areas where it is the most difficult and have the greatest need. Senai and Drew Harding have been actively serving Ethiopia for 25 years. He is the third generation missionary whose family has been involved in missions work in Ethiopia for 62 years. During this expedition we will focus on four significant areas, including: 1) Helping strengthen churches by providing training tools to local pastors through education,(through groups like Harding bible college and through Third Mill http://thirdmill.org/ ) ; better trained Pastors will assist in spreading the gospel into these remote areas.; We will be visiting Harding Bible college and several other Pastors who could benefit from this program. 2) Highlight and document several projects SIM is involved with including http://www.sim.org/index.php/project/92020 3) participate in the drilling of a water well which will help families meet basic needs in drought stricken areas through having access to safe water through water is life ministries (http://www.waterislifeinternational.org/_index.php) and visiting and highlighting experimental farms like Langano Harvest foundation, http://langanoharvest.org/; 4) supporting our partner a local orphanage, in Addis Abba; Hannah’ Orphanage http://www.hannaorphanshome.org/ Ethiopia has 6mm orphans. That is one and one half times the number of people who live in the city of Los Angeles. Parents who have died of Aids have left a devastating impact on families and orphaned children by the thousands live on the streets of Addis Abba; 5) Document this trip and these ministries work with video and photography to help promote these causes as we develop our long range vision for these projects and our future participation. This trip has significant logistical challenges and each rider is responsible for raising the funds to volunteer to help us in this significant expedition. . We have motorcycles back up vehicles, an additional mechanics and local guides all to hire to help make this project a success. Approximate cost associate with this trip is $5000 per participant. Would you consider a donation to help us in this effort? Any donation helps this trip become a reality. Senai Global will provide on-the-ground supervision and accountability for all funds raised for these projects. http://www.senaiglobal.org/ Senai Global is a USA based 501c3 charity with an African HQ in Cape Town, South Africa. This trip provides a unique way to get involved in life changing Kingdom work in Ethiopia. Please consider sponsoring us. Ask us about corporate sponsorship as well. Most importantly we desire your prayer support: The most important thing you could do for us is to commit to pray about this expedition. There are risks involved in remote parts of Africa. It would mean so much to us if you would commit to pray about this initiative. Pray for safety in travel; wise decision making for our group and our leadership; and open hearts as we carry the gospel into these remote areas. Thank you for your consideration, Please mail all donations to: Senai Global: PO Box 133, Waxhaw, NC 28173 or give online at www.senaiglobal.org just note my name so these funds can be properly allocated.
