BENEFITING: Vermont Workers' Center and Migrant Justice
ORGANIZER: Vermont Workers' Center and Migrant Justice
EVENT: Exercise Your Rights
Hi Friends and Family!
I am so proud to be a member of the Vermont Worker's Center, a worker's rights organization that upholds a human rights framework when looking at everyday issues that confront our communities. Issues such as housing, transportation, education, access to healthy food and of course healthcare (VWC won universal healthcare and hasn't stopped fighting since!) are super important. As well as local issues such as stopping F-35 planes and providing union solidarity for locals.
VWC is working towards not only fighting for human rights for all Vermonters but acting as a model for other places. We are interested in sharing our lessons and learning from others. If you believe in these rights, or simply believe in me....think about giving today. Click on the red button to the right and give 5, 10, 20, 50, maybe even one hundred dollars. But as little as $5 helps too.
We also have some challenges/events if you are so inclined to sign up... Click on links below. But before you forget, click on the donate button to the rights and thank you soo much!
