BENEFITING: U.S. Fund for UNICEF
The FALCON Club is hoping to help Ebola patients in West Africa by raising money in our community to be donated to UNICEF. Any amount of money is greatly appreciated to help with the cause.
The 2014 Ebola epidemic is the largest in history, affecting multiple West African countries, including Guinea, Sierra Leone, and Liberia.
Presently, there have been over 10,000 cases recorded, and by January, it is estimated that there could be about 1.4 million cases.
There have only been 3 cases within the United States and the CDC has commented that the United States has a very low risk of an Ebola outbreak, yet fear has been raging around the country. Even with such a small chance of outbreak, we are terrified. Imagine how the families and children in Africa must feel.
Please try to donate as much as you can to improve the situation in West Africa.
