Father Deceased - Keep 5 Ugandan Children in Catholic School
Organized by: Christina Horton
EVENT DATE Sep 14, 2016
The five children in the photo, as well as their sister, not pictured, lost their father on January 5, 2015. Since that time, by the grace of God, and the contributions from many of us, all of the school age children have been able to continue on in their Catholic schools in Kampala, Uganda.
It will be time for them to return to school from break and begin a new term on September 19th. By then, the tuition for the children must have been paid in order for them to continue with their educations on time.
The lady in the black shirt is the mother of the six children, as well as the sister of Fausta Nalubega, the other adult lady in the photo.
Many of you know that Fausta has spent much of her time over the last few years helping those most in need in Kampala. Now Fausta is called to help her widowed sister as well as her children through our contributions.
The total needed for all of the children combined for the coming term is $700. We are asking for all who are able, to contribute what you can so the children can begin school on time.
On behalf of the children, their Mother, and their Aunt Fausta, thank you.
