We are heading to Juarez Mexico March 15-22, 2011 on our 31st mission trip to serve the poor living in the desert outskirts of that city. Juarez is a city currently under a 6 year long drug war that has gripped the city. Many mission efforts have ceased helping the people there. They need our help now more than ever! Our plan is to buy a ton of rice, beans, cooking oil, cans of tomatoes, vegetables, sugar, peanut butter, powdered milk, eggs, cheese etc. and distribute to hundreds of children and families living in dire poverty. These families live in pallette structures with dirt floors, blankets for front doors (and last month the temperature got down to 9 degrees Fahrenheit!) Juarez, located south of El Paso Texas, is at 4,000 ft. The weather is cold in the winter and brutally hot in the summer. Thank you for considering a donation toward this outreach.
Our team travels to Juarez several times a year. The needs is 365 days a year. We operate two feeding shelters which feed hundred of children each week. YOU can be there with your support. YOU can join us on any of our mission outreaches.
