Raising money for the City of Hope 2015 Walk For Hope Against Women's Cancers, including breast and gynechological cancer research and treatment on October 4, 2015.
Dear Family and Friends:
This is the 21st anniversary of the Walk for Hope and about the 19th time we have participated. Supporting City of Hope is a family tradition that started with Lee’s maternal grandparents, Leona and Herman Feinberg. Lee is named for his grandmother who died at a young age of breast cancer. Accordingly, we named our team Feinberg Family Descendants. This year you have the option of giving online under https://www.crowdrise.com/ChicagosWalkforHope2015, then selecting our team name Feinberg Family Descendants. We limit asking our friends for support to this once-a-year directed specifically at fighting breast cancer and gynecological cancers. As always, all of the money raised by the Walk for Hope goes directly to City of Hope where it can be used to pursue advances in the research and treatment of these diseases.
The Chicago Walk for Hope will take place on October 4, 2015 at Sunset Woods Park in Highland Park. We greatly appreciate the support you have shown over the years by giving to the Walk for Hope, and we hope you will continue to do so again this year. Our combined efforts make a real difference to patients and their families by funding the research and treatment of breast and gynecological cancers. Thank you for recognizing the ongoing need to fight these diseases and extending our family traditions to yours. Please mail your envelopes by September 28 so that they will arrive in time for us to take them to the Walk For Hope, or give online via Crowdrise. We thank you for your continued support of City of Hope.
Andria and Lee Canel
