Flood of 2016 - HUB International Employee Recovery Fund
Organized by: HUB International Gulf South, LTD
Just a few days before the 11th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina, the people of Louisiana were faced with yet another catastrophe of historic magnitude. In an instant, residents of Baton Rouge and Lafayette, LA and surrounding areas including some of our very own HUB Employees lost everything that they've worked so hard to build over years. The Flood of 2016 will never be forgotten. If you’ve ever lost anything and had to replace it, don’t forget what that felt like, don’t forget…our people. We’ve established this fund to assist in the rebuilding of those in our workplace who have experienced damage to not only their psyche but also their physical belongings. Some have lost their homes, pets, and cars—left with only the clothes on their backs. So we’re asking for your support. If you find it in your heart to give, we’re asking that you donate whatever you feel warranted to help those in need. We thank you in advance and are forever grateful for your support! Sincerely, HUB Executive Management Team
NOTE: The GUS EAC is also collecting various items in all of the HUB GUS offices.
