BENEFITING: ALS GUARDIAN ANGELS FOUNDATION
EVENT: Walk For ALS Guardian Angels
EVENT DATE: Sep 30, 2017
DAYS TO GO: 43
My husband Ed was diagnosed in 2013 with ALS. We didn't know anything about this devastating disease before he got it. Now we know there is no cure for ALS! There is no treatment to put it in remission or slow it down. It affects everyone in different ways but ultimately, most people with ALS will no longer be able to care for themselves.
The financial burden put on people with ALS is overwhelming. We feel it's important to support the ALS Guardian Angels who give 100% of their donations directly to those people in need. Whether it's medical equipment or financial assistance, the money goes straight to those who need it.
