BENEFITING: Fugees Family Inc
Hi, my name is Ellis, and my Bar Mitzvah is this November. For my Mitzvah project, I am supporting The Fugees Family, an organization in Clarkston, GA that helps refugee children from war-stricken countries. These children have seen horrible things. They came to America, and are trying to learn English and how to fit in. I met some of the Fugees kids at an Atlanta United game, and got to play soccer with them. They are super nice and very good at soccer. I want to help them feel welcome in our country and have a good school and a better life. To raise money to support them, I'm going to juggle a soccer ball at least 50 times. (Juggling in soccer means keeping the ball in the air without using your hands or arms.) I'm practicing now, as I have not reached that number yet. I'll post a video in the coming months. I would like it if you could sponsor me for my juggling. Every amount helps! If you want, you can also join my Crowdrise team (see link below) and do as many juggles as you can and have other people sponsor you. I would really like help to reach my goal of $10,000. Feel free to tell your friends and invite them to join. The more money we raise, the faster the Fugees can build a new school and help more kids! Thanks! https://www.fugeesfamily.org
