Hello , my name is Alexander Vaizburd, I am an active duty military member and I am currently going through a divorce. My wife is a foreign nation who currently holds a green card and daughter is a United States Citizen, born in California. She decided to make false claims to the Military Police that I have abused her and my precious daughter, Aliya. I believe this is an attempt to buy some time for her to arrange a visa for my daughter, Aliya; to take her to China where my wife is originally from. There are countries which have adopted the Hague Convention which is made to prevent abduction, however China is not a part of this. The Hague Convention desires to protect children internationally from the harmful effects of their wrongful removal or retention and protect rights. I am afraid for my daughters safety and my daughter needs to be raised in a healthy, happy environment and a stable country. My wife has been emotionally and physically abusive to me multiple times, and with these false allegations, she is capable of anything. My daughter has panic attacks every time my wife has an outburst, and I can't see her in this emotional state anymore. I want to hire a lawyer to help me get sole custody of my daughter to ensure she will not be subject to her abuse, and that my daughter grows up in the United States. I need to get this done ASAP before she tries to book a flight for my daughter and leave the country. If you can't donate, any advice or assistance to help us would be much appreciated and I hope we can save Aliya together. Thank you in advance.
