Our daughter Kendle is 2.5 years old and has been diagnosed with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy and myoclonic epilepsy. She has recently participated in her first session at the Conductive Learning Center where we have seen positive results already! We would like to continue her education at CLC, but it will not be possible without monetary assistance. Personally, I have a difficult time with handouts, but seeing the results with Kendle I am confident that she needs this program. My husband and I both work full time, parent Kendle and her ten month old brother Ronin, and I am currently one week away from graduating with my master's degree. I began running to lose weight and get back in shape after having each of my children, but since Kendle's diagnosis I have found a whole new motto "Run For Those Who Can't." I have completed numerous 5k's, a 10k, and am hopeful to be ready for the Grand Rapids half-marathon in October. Please consider donating for Kendle and other children that not only want, but need this program!
