HELPING HANDS FOR HAITI's Fundraiser:

"For Pete's Sake"

THE STORY:

Peter Lashbrook passed away last November from Colon Cancer at the age of 26. Two significant events in his shortened life were to run three "Tough Mudders" and make two mission trips to Haiti with his Uncle Dave's organization, "Helping Hands for Haiti." In Pete's honor, 21 family members, including his sister, have signed up to run the "Twin Cities Tough Mudder" under the team name, "For Pete's Sake." The team will be raising money for a school that will be built by Helping Hands for Haiti in the tiny village of LePina. The school will serve over 300 students in K-12 and will be the third new building that Helping Hands for Haiti has constructed. "Uncle Dave" has been going to Haiti for 27 years and at age 67 will be competing in the "Tough Mudder" with the other 20 family members including his three children and their spouses. All of the money raised from the "Tough Mudder" will be matched by family donations. Please donate "For Pete's Sake!" Dave Hansen helpinghandsforhaiti.com
