Pat’s Run is the signature fundraising event of the Pat Tillman Foundation, and it is held in late April to commemorate the day Pat lost his life in Afghanistan while serving with the 75th Ranger Regiment. Pat’s Run raises money for the Pat Tillman Foundation, which invests in military veterans and their spouses through academic scholarships – building a diverse community of leaders committed to service to others. I'm running in the Pat's Kid's Run, a .42 Mile run/walk, and I'm really excited about running in my first race, even if I have to keep an eye on my crazy little brother as he runs too! Mommy says we don't usually do fundraisers, but since this is my first race and the money goes to such a great cause, we're making an exception. Plus, I really want to raise enough money to get a race medal to remember my first race. Please consider donating to honor Pat's memory and become part of his legacy by supporting the Tillman Scholars.
