BENEFITING: AINSLEYSANGELS OF AMERICA
Ainsley's Angels of America is super excited to be spreading awareness through activism and to celebrate Caleb (Bubba)!
Enjoy this special note:
I'd like to introduce everyone to our handsome party animal Caleb, a.k.a. Bubba, who was in a hurry to join us here and rushed to be born at 31 weeks. He got to spend his first two months of life with us visiting him in the NICU. He was born with a cleft palate and a rare chromosome anomaly called a 5q deletion. Caleb has been wheelchair bound but has been working on walking with his gait trainer for the past couple years. He has run 5 half marathons with me and my friends pushing him and he ABSOLUTELY loves it!! He enjoys the whole race and loves when people cheer him on and loves the wind in his face. He has passed out after every race from all the excitement and he even "yells" at us runners when we're not moving fast enough for him! Ainsley's Angels have helped us find a route for us to get Caleb out and about do something that we both love doing...running. He gets to feel like every other runner out on the course and loves to tell his friends and teachers about it when he gets back to school. We can't wait to get him a new chariot!
YES, YOU CAN...donate right now to ensure the thrill of rolling with the wind and crossing a road race finish line!
Click the pink button in the upper right of this page or e-mail: info@AinsleysAngels.org for a link to make a donation using PayPay and/or for a mailing address should you prefer to donate by check. We will ensure all donations appear on this page as off-line donations.
Another way to help, is to spread the word of our message and efforts:
