Ainsley's Angels is thrilled to help ensure Caiden can soon roll with the wind! As the father of a very special girl that has races with me nearly 100 times, I know the positive energy surrounding the start line, the togetherness of every member preparing to "roll with the wind", and the love we all have for each other is a therapy like no other.
Here is a special note from Caiden's family:
Our family has recently become apart of My Team Triumph, and ran our first 5k! Our Cauden is 8.5 years old and has spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy, he is legally blind and has epilepsy. Having his own Freedom Push Chair will allow Caiden and our family to run regularly and train for upcoming 5k's as well as continually bring Caiden the enlightenment and freedom of running that many of us take for granted. Caiden uses a wheelchair, and unfortunately his wheelchair cannot withstand going fast, it isn't safe. This running chair is much more than just a chair to us. It is our escape from the limitations of having a disability. It's breaking free from the grim words of being told your son will never walk, run, play like a normal child. Caiden WILL RUN... With our legs pushing him across the finish line!) If you'd like to follow Caiden & our family on FB, here is his link! Thank you!
YES, YOU CAN...donate right now to ensure the thrill of rolling with the wind and crossing a road race finish line! Click the pink button in the upper right of this page or e-mail President@AinsleysAngels.org for a link to make a donation using PayPay and/or for a mailing address should you prefer to donate by check. We will ensure all donations appear on this page as off-line donations.
Another way to help, is to spread the word of our message and efforts:
