In seven days a simple abrasion can turn into a full blown staph infection. In seven days typhoid fever can turn into deadly internal hemorrhaging. Seven days can turn an intestinal parasite into severe dehydration. Seven days can be the difference between life and death in Andean Ecuador. Seven days can save a life like Sylvia’s. FIBUSPAM needs help raising funds for a new van for our mobile medical clinic to continue to save lives in Ecuador, seven days at a time.
Most indigenous children living in the Ecuadorian Andes never see a doctor. They suffer from the most basic treatable medical conditions such as malnutrition and diarrhea but never receive the basic care that they need. FIBUSPAM is a catalyst for change in Ecuador and is providing free medical care and hope to those most in need. Since 2007 FIBUSPAM has operated a free standing full-service clinic in Riobamaba Ecuador that provides marginalized populations with free high-quality health care. FIBUSPAM serves the most remote communities through our mes in Ecuador.obile medical caravanas that travel through the Ecuadorian Andes every month. After years of service, our trustee van that gives our mobile medical clinic wheels is on its last legs. FIBUSPAM is in desperate need of a new van to continue our service to isolated communities. Help us serve others and bring the needed medical care to marginalized children and families in the Ecuadorian Andes. Learn more about our work at www.fibuspam.org.
