Fundraiser: Supplies for Wild Willpower to Aid Standing Rock
Organized by: Wild Willpower PAC
We arrived to Standing Rock following September 3rd, 2016, when attack dogs were released on the local Hunkpapa people and their ancestral burial sites were destroyed by DAPL. I have studied civil law & ethnobiology for many years, & after reaching out to frontline water protectors & witnessing the lack of legal knowledge they possessed, we packed our bags to come here immediately.
After arriving, I began building www.StandingRockClassAction.org which includes an important archive of all videos, articles, & photos in chronological order and organized in several subcategories for simple navigaion. The building of the archive has been made possible by collaborating with www.NoDAPLarchive.com. Our organization hasn't had a "home base" to work from since we arrived, but we've gotten a great deal of work done anyway. This fundraiser will help us get the supplies needed to finish the work we came here to do, including finishing two very important publications and finishing the development of www.StandingRockClassAction.org.
Publication #1: This "Pro Se Litigation Guidebook" prepares people to "enforce their rights in court" including "holding officers accoutnable for violating civil rights or for committing white collar crimes". A very important, nearly finished step-by-step guide that will help Water Protectors and people everywhere. Learn more & read preview pages.
Publication #2: "A Class Action for Standing Rock" is literally a textbook case designed to educate the public about the history & traditional lifewyas of the Lakota, Dakota, & Nakota people through contact with French & Spanish, & then what led up to the signing of the 1851 Treaty of Fort Laramie. Contains full-color detailed history of the each subsequent treaty violation from then all the way through the current one with the illegal approval fo the Dakota Access Pipeline Project. Without giving away too much of this sensitive, thoroughly-documented material, read more & read preview pages here.
Due to the fact that the Standing Rock Sioux Tribal Council has demanded Water Protectors vacate the area no later than February 19th, we built this fundraiser to continue our work after we leave. As weI had happened to have just been robbed right before we came here, we are actually stranded so we are in somewhat of a predicament & are kindly requesting your help. Our main website is www.WildWillpower.org, so please learn "what we're doing & why", & if you feel as passionate about the things we're working on as we do, please contribute to & share this fundraiser to help us afford a short bus to serve as our home & mobile office space.
THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE AROUND THE WORLD FOR YOUR CONTINUED PRAYERS & SUPPORT!! We shall use every penny wisely for essential needs & continued urgent work of good will to all.
