Fusion Inclusion wrote -Fusion Racing has purchased their first running chair to make Fusion Inclusion a reality for adaptive athletes in Delaware. It will be a community chair for anyone to use in a Fusion Racing event. However the price was not cheap - each Hoyt running chair costs about $4,600 - but if you’ve been to any of our races we’ve held in Delaware, you understand what a powerful experience it can be for the athlete and the partners running with them. Spectators clap and cheer as athletes proudly cross the finish line with everyone else. For many, it’s their first time participating in a race. Right now, we rely on other organizations to provide running chairs for our athletes. We’d like to eventually have a fleet of chairs in Delaware to make it possible for everyone in our community to participate if they want. We have the athletes. We have the runners. We have the cheers. All we need are the chairs. Thank you for your support of Fusion Inclusion and the running community.
