My running journey began back in Junior High. It was Red Ribbon Week and I was fundraising for our Jog-A-thon. Over the years I have ran many 5k's & 10k's. I'm most proud of my 7 full marathons and 6 Half marathons. The last time I did the LA marathon was in 2009 and I had the joy of doing it with my mom and we pushed Serena who was only 18 months old in her jogger for 20 miles. It is a memory I will never forget. Last year I challenged myself by completing the Tough Mudder with Jason. This year I am inspired to go back to the LA Marathon but this time I'm doing it on behalf of those that can't run…for Mobility! I'm making my miles matter for Free Wheelchair Mission!
