BENEFITING: HAITI H2O
The entrepreneurial spirit is strong with the women of Bassin Caiman. Right now they walk for 8 hours to get a sack of corn ground up for cooking. With their own corn grinder, not only will they be able to grind their own corn, but they will be able to make money grinding corn for others! In an effort to raise money for this undertaking, I will be running 100 miles in the Georgia Jewel 100 (since I don't live near Pittsburgh I am doing an event here in Georgia) . Please join me in this effort to significantly improve the quality of life of these women and their families!
